Experteq announced today the promotion of John Griffin to Chief Operating Officer and joins the Executive Leadership Team headed by Experteq Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shane Baker. John’s transition from Head of Services to COO follows Experteq’ acquisition of Experteq (www.experteq.com), a cloud, virtualisation and workforce mobility services provider reinforcing Experteq’ position as a leading technology services provider in Australia.
Having been an integral part of the Experteq senior leadership team for the past two years, John brings to the executive team extensive leadership and technical experience. During his time at Experteq, John has restructured the Experteq delivery organisation in order to ready the business for cloud-based service delivery, as well as embedding DevSecOps into the daily working rhythms. John also introduced the Service Offering Framework, which redefined every Experteq product by providing consistency around service inclusions, exclusions and responsibilities to Experteq clients.
